Which payment methods are accepted?
UPI, debit and credit cards, net banking and popular wallets. No-cost EMI is available on eligible cards.
Will I get a GST invoice?
Yes. A GST invoice is emailed immediately after payment and is available in your account.
How do refunds work?
Self-paced courses can be refunded within 7 days of purchase if you've completed less than 30% of the content. Program refunds follow the cohort policy.
Learning
Can I download lessons?
Yes, in the Android and iOS apps for offline viewing.
Do courses expire?
No. Courses come with lifetime access, including updates.
Certificates
When do I get my certificate?
As soon as you complete all lessons and pass required assessments. It appears in your dashboard instantly.
How can employers verify it?
Every certificate has a unique ID and a public verification page at /verify.
